1. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to applicable consumer protection laws, users have the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within fourteen (14) days from:

  • The date of receiving the product, or
  • The date of receiving the last item (in case of multiple products)

You can request a return using one of the following methods:

Online Return Procedure:

b. Select the order and click โ€œDetailsโ€
c. Select product(s) for return
d. Enter the quantity
e. (Optional) Add reason for return
f. Click โ€œRequest a Returnโ€

2. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • Products made to measure or clearly personalized
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons, if opened after delivery

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we are informed of your decision
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method, unless otherwise requested
  • We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of return

Important Notes:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customs duties, taxes, or additional charges are non-refundable

4. Product Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items must be returned:
    • In original condition
    • With original packaging
    • Including invoice/delivery note
  • Items must be sent within 14 days of the return request
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund

4.1 Returns Due to Defect (Warranty)

If the item is defective or not as described:

  • Send the product to us for inspection
  • If approved:
    • Full refund will be issued
    • Shipping costs (both ways) will be reimbursed
  • If not approved:
    • Return shipping costs will be the customerโ€™s responsibility
